2012 NFL Draft Guide
August 18th, 2012 | by Ray Flowers |The 2012 NFL DRAFT GUIDE is here and better than ever!
I’m not going to weigh it down by adding all kinds of reports on team that you won’t read. I’m also not gonna rank players based on 19 different scoring systems. It’s time to get down and dirty folks.
So what does The Guide include and how to get you a copy of the PDF file?
* Players are ranked by position (based on PPR Scoring).
The top-40 quarterbacks and tight ends.
The top 90 running backs and wide receivers
The top-32 kickers and defenses.
I’ll also answer 10 Burning Questions for each position.
* All players also are accompanied by auction dollar values.
* In addition to the actual dollar amounts I’ve also written about how you should attack the draft and what strategies you should employ.
* I’ve also included articles describing my preferred scoring system and roster requirements.
* There is also a report on how to evaluate players. Why shouldn’t you take a quarterback with your first selection?
* You want to take a rookie this year? Make sure you give the Rookie Review a read – it might cause you some pause when it comes to drafting first year players.
* Which players over/under performed last season? I’ve got answers for all 32 teams.
Like I said, down and dirty to help get you into the full swing of fantasy football draft season.
So, how do you get it? Simple really.
The Guide costs $9.95. Come on, that’s about the same as sandwich and sods at Subway or a a three gallons of gas. It’s easily worth it to dominate the competition.
Simply click on the yellow DONATE Tab to the right of this article which will redirect you to the BaseballGuys’ PayPal page. Once there, simply submit a donation for $9.95 and I’ll be happy to email you directly the 45 page PDF file with all the above information in it.
One final note… care to try your football knowledge against The Oracle, Ray Flowers? Find out how you can do just that, while getting a chance to win $100,000 in the National Fantasy Football Championship. You will be able to take me on directly in the event. For details, click on the link.

I play in a 10 team league where we start 2 QBs and 2 Defenses. Anything in the guide for 2 QB drafts, or any tips since thats a much different animal than the normal standard league? Thanks
By Ray Flowers on Aug 1, 2012
Dave – 2 QB leagues are certainly gaining in popularity, but still a minority animal overall. Therefore the Guide has no discussion of that format. We do talk about it a lot on the radio show, Sirius210, XM87, 7-10 PM EDT Mon-Fri though. Maybe you can give a listen there cause you are right, totally different animal on draft day.
By Polka on Aug 1, 2012
I assume the Draft Guide will be sent after I just donated?? Just kidding I know you’re a busy man, but That’s going to happen correct?:)
By David on Aug 1, 2012
Rotw Homer Bailey or Phil Hughes? It is a H2h league.
Rest of my staff is Cain/Dickey/Lee/Volgesong/Morrow for starters.
Bullpen is Velvarde/Putz/Romo/Cillpard/Storen/Street/Nathan
Bailey or Hughes
By Ray Flowers on Aug 1, 2012
Polka – You should have it by now.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 1, 2012
David – Thoughts on Bailey right here – http://fantasyalarm.com/rounding-the-bases-nl-only-what-you-need-to-know/
I’d take him over Hughes.
By Matt on Aug 2, 2012
Ray:
My two leagues that I am in are not PPR. Would you recommend the same basic rankings with your guide for this?
Thanks,
Matt.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 2, 2012
Matt – This Guide is not for non-PPR setups. Basically, players are probably about 95 percent the same. However, guys like Amendola would drop significantly in non PPR since all he does is catch passes with no yardage or scores. For the most part Guide would be fine, but there would certainly be a few players who’s value would change.
By Robert on Aug 2, 2012
I have the 3rd pick in a 12 team half pt ppr draft. The guy with the last pick is offering to switch spots… it is a snake draft. Should I stay put or take advantage of the back to back picks? Thanks Ray.
By Jeff on Aug 2, 2012
Hey Ray,
The 12 team league that I’m in tends to draft their Qb’s very early.(Last season 8 of the 12 owners had their starting qb by the end of rd 2).
The league only has 8 starting spots(QB,HB x2,WR x2, TE, K, Def… no flex) and rewards 6 points for all touchdowns, 1 point per 10 total yards. QB’s get 1 point per 25 yards (the rushing/passing/receiving yards are combined at each position) Its not a PPR.
Last season I had the first pick and drafted Rodgers and was able to nab Forte and Nicks at 24/25. Needless to say, I still lost the league(3rd place)
My question is, where would be the best position for me to draft? Top 3, Middle or Bottom. Like I said, they draft QB’s early, and that was before the QB surge of last season. Does that strengthen the position and allow me to wait longer? Or should I grab a Qb stud immediately. Does only starting 2 hbs and 2 wrs each week make those positions more or less valuable? Does a Graham or Gronk in Rd 2 make sense in this format? Or should I try the old faithful strategy of 2 hbs to start?
Crap, that’s a lot more then 1 question…I’ll stop. I told myself short posting and I’m still rambling. Say hi to Kay.
Thanks Ray.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 3, 2012
Jeff – I don’t take QBs early. I just don’t. Did you pick up a copy of the Draft Guide? In it, there is an article that lays out exactly why I believe drafting a QB early is a mistake (if you didnt get the Guide you should consider it cause the article in there directly addresses what you are asking). It’s not that taking the QB is bad, it just that you end up short at RB or WR if you take the QB early. I also don’t think taking a TE early is the right play either. I’d wait four rounds and just take a Finley type. Whatever you do, don’t go QB/TE at the start. If you do, your RB/WR are just not going to be good.”
I’ll say his to Kay.
By Uncertain... on Aug 3, 2012
Hi Ray, have you adjusted to your new time slot for the Drive?
12 team non ppr keeper league. Keep 2. I wish i could keep them all: Rodgers, Matthews, MJD, JulioJones, Dez, Graham. Are you keeping Rodgers and Matthews out of these choices? No draft picks lost for keepers.
I have 3rd pick: Here are guys that will be available(minus 2 of them from the 2 picks in front of me): CJ, MJD, Richardson, AP, Steven Jackson, Roddy White, JULIO, Andre Johnson, or Graham…assuming i keep Rodgers and Matthews will you rank these players in the order you would draft them. I really want CJ, but doubt he’ll be there for me. I know RB gets thin really quickly, WR is really deep, and a TE like Graham is a game changer for a team. What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance!!!!
By Ray Flowers on Aug 3, 2012
Uncertain – I like the old time slot, but 7-10 PM EDT, M-F, ain’t awful, and I certainly love what I do so it’s fine with me.
Mathews is one of the keepers, yes. Non PPR dings Jones. MJD is holding out. I dont like keeping QBs. Bryant, total risk. Love Graham, but non PPR dings him too.
I’d go Mathews and Rodgers if you want to be safe. Can’t go wrong there. But again, not a huge fan of protecting QBs.
You can find my rankings for the players in the Draft Guide. Since you kept Rodgers you will need to go heavy at RB and WR if you ask me, and I’d not be inclined to go Graham since I really dont like TE/QB in 2 of your first three picks.
By Jeff on Aug 3, 2012
Thanks Ray. I haven’t purchased the guide yet, but I plan to this weekend.
In the league I posted above, where would be the best draft slot to draft from? The draft has weird rules that force you to draft your entire starting lineup in the first 8 rounds. Starting Rd 9 you get to draft for depth.
Historically, My rds 1-8 have been my QB, 2 HB’s and 1 WR in first 4 rounds, then TE rd 5, WR2 rd 6, Defense Rd 7 and Kicker rd 8. Then I take best available.
Drafting with these guys the last few seasons, the first rd will probably have these guys going at the beginning.
Rodgers, Brees, Brady, Foster, Rice, Stafford, McCoy, Newton, Calvin.
I could definitely see a HB that is normally drafted beginning of rd 2 to be there at end of rd 2(last year I got Forte last pick rd 2), as well as a HB normally drafted in middle/end of rd 1 being there beginning of rd 2(like Richardson, CJ2k, Mathews)
I’ve drafted Rodgers 1st the last 2 seasons and finished 13-0 and 10-3 respectively, but lost rd 1 in the 13-0 season and lost in the semi-finals in the 10-3 season. I need to find a way to close it out in the playoffs, maybe a new draft strategy would succeed.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 4, 2012
Jeff – (1) I dont draft Qbs in the first round (I’ve got an article in my draft guide explaining why that is). Just not gonna do it. (2) Just cause something worked last year doesn’t mean it will work this year. (3) If I was setting up a plan I’d do something like: RB, WR, RB, WR, TE, QB, Def, K. That’s just a blue print though, could of course change based on draft. (4) In a 12 team lg, if I cant get a top-3, I really dont think there is a bad spot. I’d probably go for 7-9, right where no one wants to be. I’d grab CJ or Mathews there, and then get a dynamite WR1 in round 2.
By Jeff on Aug 4, 2012
Thanks Ray, Your the best. I can’t wait to read your guide. BTW…I nabbed the #2 pick in our annual draft slot pull. The #1 guy is taking Foster, so it looks like I’ll have my choice of McCoy or Rice or anyone else not named Foster.
Being an Eagles fan, perhaps a McCoy, Desean, Vick start could be in the works!!! (joking of course)
By Ray Flowers on Aug 4, 2012
Jeff – If you get my draft guide, you’ll see that landing in the #2 spot will allow you to get my #1 RBI…
By Jeff on Aug 8, 2012
I see we are thinking alike on that #1 HB.
I have another fantasy football question, this one a keeper question. My league allows 3 keepers, if you keep a player, you forfeit the round you drafted that player. A quick rundown of the scoring, 4 pts td pass, all other tds 6 pts and 1 PPR. We start 1 qb, 2 hbs, 3 wrs 1 te,and one flex(hb/wr/te)
As it stands, due to my exception drafting, I’d be keeping Calvin for a 1st, Julio Jones for a 7th and Jimmy Graham for a 8th. I’m a bit worried about not keeping a HB, but I really have no good choices on my team, so I’d have to trade for one. Because of the value of the other two players, my only option would be to trade Calvin.
Would you advise to do that or against that. I mean I won the league last year without a solid HB. Because I won, I’ll be picking from the 12 spot(meaning if I keep Calvin, my first pick would be rd 2, pick 1) There are roughly 6-8 1st rd picks being kept.
Some of the trade possibilites
Calvin for AJ Green.(6th rd keeper) I could then use my 1st and 2nd on two Hb’s
Calvin for L McCoy(1st rd keeper)-
Longshot…Calvin for R. Mathews(6th rd keeper)
Should I stand pat with the nucleus of Calvin, Julio, and Graham and take the best hb/wr at pick 2.1 or try to move Calvin?
I could also trade Calvin for Sproles(10th rd keeper)
My HB keeper options are McGahee(10th rd) or Helu(12th rd)..neither too exciting.
As far as the hbs available at my pick 2.1 Right now All the rookie Hb’s(Richardson,Wilson,Martin), plus D Murray, Charles are in the draft. Other possibilities that may be there include A Peterson & MJD due to ???, Mcfadden, Turner, Forte and Sjax.
The definite 1st rd keepers are:
Foster,McCoy,Rice, CJ2k, Andre J, Calvin..thats 6…..Peterson and MJD would be 7th and 8th….meaning my pick 2.1 would fall somewhere between the 5th and 7th Overall pick.
Last year I often ran with 2 hbs(mcgahee and murrary) and 4 wrs(fitz,julio,calvin,britt/antonio b)+ jimmy graham and whooped everyone. What say you?
By Ray Flowers on Aug 9, 2012
Jeff – Just cause you won last year with a poor backfield doesn’t mean you can do it again. It’s not a strategy I would, in general, support.
If I could go in to a draft with McCoy (1), Julio Jones (7) and Graham (8) I’d take that over Calvin and the other two receivers. Remember, value is one thing, but it’s production that matters most. Sproles is a better value, but he will not outproduce McCoy. Also, with three players being kept on all clubs, a first round pick is really the 40th pick, so it’s not as high as you would think.
By Jeff on Aug 9, 2012
Thanks Ray, That’s what I wanted to hear. I’m gonna offer that deal to the McCoy owner and the same deal to the Rice owner. I’d be happy with either Rice or McCoy.
By Clay on Aug 11, 2012
Hey Ray,
I am thinking about purchasing your 2012 draft guide and was wondering if your rankings are updated as the season gets closer and how to we get the updated rankings.
Thx
By Ray Flowers on Aug 12, 2012
Clay – NFL Guide is update on a daily basis as needed. You can order it, and get one free update. If you want to do that, all you need to do is to send me a copy of your receipt and I’ll send you the update.
By John on Aug 12, 2012
Hey I have a keeper question. I’m keeping nicks then have to decide between AP, forte and Murray. Who would you go. Then when I’m up to draft say I keep Murray and nicks, I’ll have the opportunity to draft probably Richardson, AP or stafford. What are your thoughts. Thanks.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 12, 2012
John – If it’s a PPR lg, I’d go Nicks/Forte. Then take another runner. If you got a copy of my draft guide, hopefully you did, you’ll notice I would never take a QB that early.
By the by… it’s AD for All Day, not AP. Everyone seems to miss that.
By JJ on Aug 15, 2012
Ray – I got the guide. Great info. My question is regarding the tiers and drafting strategy. How do you know which tier is more valuable than another? For example, is a QB Tier 1 more valuable than a RB Tier 3 or WR Tier 2? Say I followed your advice and drafted a RB1 or WR1 in round 1, and now I’m drafting in the 2nd round and have a choice between Tom Brady (QB1), Roddy White (WR2) or DeMarco Murray (RB3). According to your guide, it says don’t draft a QB early, but based on your Auction values Tom Brady is more valuable than Murray or White.
OR do you just go in saying, I’m drafting rb-rb or rb-wr and just draft best available.
Thanks and keep up the good work!
By Jeff (AKA Kay's Dream Guy) on Aug 15, 2012
Hey Ray- My plan to land Rice or McCoy backfired. The Rice owner dealt him to the Foster owner(creating a monster backfield) and the McCoy owner had Mathews so doesn’t feel strongly about dealing McCoy. So I need a new plan.
I’m currently keeping Julio for pick 84 and Graham for pick 95.
My other best options on my team are Calvin(pick 12), Fitz(pick 13), Britt(pick 60) Helu(pick 133)
My top 6 picks if I don’t keep Calvin or Fitz would be picks 12,13,36,37,60,61.
I’ve been offered these deals…
Calvin and a 12th for A Peterson and a 10th.(I’d keep AP,Julio,Graham and draft at pick #13,36,37 etc)
Calvin and my 12th pick for the 1st pick(I’d then keep Fitz,Julio,Graham and have the option of drafting MJD,Murrary,Forte,T Richardson,or Charles at HB….I wouldn’t draft again until pick 36 though)I’d probably lean to drafting Richardson, MJD, Murrary(in that order)
Calvin for AJ Green(I’d then keep AJ,Julio,Graham and have picks 12,13,36,37,etc.)
Calvin for McFadden or CJ2k (I’d keep the HB,Julio,Graham) and have picks 13,36,37.etc)
Do I stay put with Calvin or work a deal. Its a PPR, 2 hbs,3wrs and flex. Do you like any or all of those deals for me and how would u rank them as to which I should prioritize in pursuing?
Thanks Ray, Also, how do I and when should I get your NFL update. I only get one right?
By Josh on Aug 15, 2012
Ray – I’m looking forward to the draft guide. If its anything like the caliber of your baseball analysis, I’m sure it will be awesome.
Regarding the new time slot…Definitely don’t like it! I would listen daily on my way home from work for all 45 minutes of the commute.
By Jeff (AKA Kay's Dream Guy) on Aug 15, 2012
The draft guide is awesome. Definitely pick it up.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 15, 2012
JJ – Glad you are enjoying the Draft Guide. Tiering question…
DONT take QB in rd two.
The Auction values are what it will COST to add a player. It’s what you will have to pay knowing full well that everyone is going to go bonkers on QBs. It’s not to be taken as I’d draft Brady first. That’s why I didn’t do a top 200 this year. I wouldn’t want people thinking that Brady was a better add than Murray.
Tiering should be used to help with your comfort level.
You know I dont take the Tier 1 QB so you can remove that. I would prefer one of the tier 2 QBs.
Runners in general are most important, followed by WRs, followed by QBs.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 15, 2012
Josh – Thanks for the support. Yeah, show being moved back to 7-10 PM EDT M-F wasn’t our call.
You’ll love the Draft Guide! I hope.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 15, 2012
Jeff (AKA Kay’s Dream Guy) – Confused here. Are you saying you can keep Julio, Graham, Calvin, Fitz, Britt, Helu? If so, that’s the best WR unit ever constructed. Add in Graham at TE, and you should be able to get by with a solid backfield even if it doesn’t have elite options in it.
OR
Are you saying you can only keep three players?
I update the Guide on a daily basis so you can request your one update whenever you want it.
By Jeff (AKA Kay's Dream Guy) on Aug 15, 2012
Sweet Ray. How much for a second update?
I can only keep 3..Julio(7th rd) and Graham(8th rd) are no brainers. Based on Shanahan being the fantasy devil, Britt having all kinds of physical and off-field issues, I had narrowed the 3rd keeper to Calvin or Fitz. They were my 1st and 2nd rds pick last season..so the difference would be 1 spot to keep Calvin(pick 12 vs pick 13)
That would make my keepers 2 wrs and a Tight end.
Based on what you have told me in the past about feeling most comfortable getting a solid HB..I was wondering if any of those trade options listed in my post above would make sense instead of keeping Calvin..so that I could secure a HB or obtain a draft pick to secure one.
Standing put with those wrs and tight end, the best case scenario for HB when I pick first would be either Charles, Doug Martin, Mike Turner as my number one, and guys like Roddy White, Fitzgerald(if I dumped him to the draft), Greg Jennings and Andre Johnson would be available as well….but I’d only have one pick until the end of rd 3.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 16, 2012
Jeff (AKA Kay’s Dream Guy) – keep 3… Julio(7th rd) and Graham(8th rd) studly. Third keeper: Calvin at 1st. Not great value, but great player so OK to keep at that cost. In this case I’d go FITZ (2nd rd). That will leave you your 1st round pick to select the best runner, right?
By Jack on Aug 16, 2012
Ray I was wondering if you could send me the nfl draft guide? I donated the money last night.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 16, 2012
Jack – All the orders have been filled. Check out your spam folder. If it’s not in there, send me a copy of your receipt to fantasyfandom@yahoo.com.
By Jeff (AKA Kay's Dream Guy) on Aug 16, 2012
Thanks Ray.
Yes if I keep Fitzgerald, I’ll have the last pick in round 1…but no 2nd round pick.
If I keep Calvin, I’ll have the first pick in round 2….but no first round pick.
By JJ on Aug 16, 2012
Thanks Ray.
I still like the overall ranking because it allows me to go down the list, cross players out and pick the best available. This is especially useful, particularly for guys like me who are doing online drafts with only 2 minutes to make a decision/selection.
If you don’t mind me making a recommendation for next year’s guide, I’d suggest a overall “value” ranking. A list of players in order of how you’d draft them. If you wouldn’t draft a QB in the 2nd Round, fine, just rank him in the 20′s and 30′s (even Rodgers). I understand that selections depend on situations so maybe this ranking maybe useful for only the Top 100 or Top 50?
Thoughts?
By Ray Flowers on Aug 16, 2012
JJ – Appreciate the suggestion, and while it makes sense, it would cause more confusion than help. If I have Brady at $45 and ranked first at his poistion, why would I take Charles who I have at $41 and ranked 8th at his position first on draft day? Believe me, and I’ve been doing this for over a decade, all that would do would be to confuse people even further (I’d have to spend all my time explaining what looks like a contradictory strategy). If I did what you suggested, I’d have to drop Brady down to $31 dollars to have him end up in the right spot in the rankings. Problem with that is that on draft day there is no league where you will be able to get Brady for $31.
It’s about tiering players. I’ve NEVER used a top-whatever list in any sport. They just don’t work (for the reasons I gave in the article).
You can always just print out the rankings I’ve done, use the tiering, cross them off, and be in good shape anyway… I hope.
By Stealyurbase on Aug 17, 2012
Done, looking forward to the guide. Thanks for all your hard work and insight.
By Zachary on Aug 19, 2012
So all the mock drafts I’ve been in this year, Rodgers,Brees,Brady are gone in the 1st 10 picks and Newton and Stafford are gone usually by 15, the 20th pick for sure.I’ve seen Rodgers,Brady and Brees go 1,2,3 sometimes.Graham and Gronk are always gone in the 1st 15 picks also.Love to hear your thoughts on this trend. In my league last year, the team that won it had Brady, the Bree’s team was 2nd, the Rodger’s team was 3rd.Standard,Non-PPR League.
By Jason on Aug 19, 2012
Ray,
12 team standard scoring leauge. Auction draft 200 budget we get 1 keeper from last year. I can keep ryan mathews for 12 or jordy nelson for 4. Whats your suggestion.
Thanks
By Ray Flowers on Aug 19, 2012
Zachary – I haven’t seen many mocks at all where all three Qbs have gone in first 10 picks, but I know it happens. If you are seeing five QBs gone in first 15 picks, that’s insane. I’ve rarely seen Gronk/Graham gone in first 15 picks. ADP numbers don’t support this. Still, it doesn’t matter. Just gives you a chance to load up even more so on RB/WR. We can have this talk over and over, as we have for 3 years now, and what I’m saying is still true. Facts are facts. Anecdotal facts are even worse (so and so won last year with Rodgers). Think of this.
2011, 12 team draft. I could have put this together and KILLED any league (based on 2011 ADP):
Newton 14th rd.
Rice 1, MJD 2, Lynch 7th, Helu 12th
Julio Jones 6th, AG Green 9th, Steve Smith 8th
Gronkowksi 9th rd
You get the point right? It’s not about who you take in the first round really anyway… it’s about the team you construct.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 19, 2012
Jason – Both players are SPECIAL at that value. You can’t go wrong. I’d go with Mathews. Answer might come down to your roster though. If you start 3 WRs, you could lean toward nelson.
By Chris on Aug 19, 2012
Hey Ray,
Just sent you a $20 spot … love the articles and the advice they give. I am doing my 1st auction league this year, 10 team 1/2 pt. ppr … any advice? Also my regular league has changed from a 12 to 10 team for this season, also 1/2 pt. ppr … should I change any stratagies? Thank you as always. Love talking on here and XM.
Chris
By Ray Flowers on Aug 19, 2012
Chris – YOU DA MAN!
Thanks for the overwhelming show of support.
The Draft Guide has an article on auctions. As I point out there in great detail, I prefer the Balanced Approach, not stars and scrubs. I think that is even more important for first timers.
Going to 10 teamer, less need to worry about paying huge dollars on QB or TE. There are only 10 needed, so you dont have to worry about blowing your budget at either spot.
Glad you enjoy my work, and thanks again.
By Vince on Aug 20, 2012
Hi Ray, 3 quick questions. For the remainder of the year, who’s the better option for 3rd base. Chipper of Todd Frasier, N. Cruz or R.Ludwick for OF, and Aliva or Rosario for C. Thanks for the help.
By Rob on Aug 20, 2012
Hi Ray,
Thanks for all you’re doing for us! Would you name the five receivers you feel get the largest boost in a league that rewards kickoff and punt returns? (1 point per 25 yards, 6 points per TD)
Would this factor into your draft strategy? 10 team, 1/2PPR.
Thanks!
By Ray Flowers on Aug 20, 2012
Vince – Gotta love those 10 tm leagues (or are you in trade mode?).
Chipper has been great, but all those injuries. Frazier could lose some PT when Votto comes back, but with way he is hitting, that would be foolish for Reds to do. Go Frazier.
Ludwick is hotter, Cruz is a better hitter. With the roll tho – Ludwick.
Rosario at C for me.
By john on Aug 20, 2012

I don’t play in any return yardage leagues. Here would be a good source for that.

Gotta get away from those 10 team leagues… just like in baseball.
By Jeff(AKA Kay's Dream Guy) on Aug 20, 2012
Hey Ray. I just finished my first draft..wondering your thoughts..PPR Lg, 2hb,3wr, and 1 flex(hb/wr/te). I picked from the 8th spot and initially planned to draft two hbs in the first 3 rds if the value was there. Well the value on some Hbs continued to be very good and I may have screwed my draft. Heres my team:
QB Vick, Matt Ryan
HB McFadden, Richardson, Mathews, Peterson, Hardesty, K Hunter
WR A Brown, T. Smith, M Williams(TB), J Blackmon, N Burleson, J Baldwin
TE J Gresham
K Akers
D Eagles
My concerns are obviously WR(needing to start 3) and also since both qbs have the same bye(I drafted ryan to cover for Vick in case of injury) I need to pick up a qb for week 7. My hbs are all very injured/injury prone, but come fantasy playoff time could be very nice for me.( I figure by the time McFadden gets injured, Mathews will be back to take his spot)
What are your thoughts on my draft and who do you like for me to pickup from FA of these guys.
QB for week7-Ponder,Locker, Fitzpatrick, Flynn, A Smith
HB-Hightower, B Powell, Starks, Miller
WR- J Simpson, E Royal, (Colts wr???), S Hill, R Randle….theres slim pickings there
Backup TE- M Bennett, K Rudolph, L Kendricks, E Dickson
My league is a 12-team Redraft league Btw. 4pts td pass, ppr, start 1 qb, 2 hb, 3 wr, 1 flex, 1 te, 1 k, 1 defense.
Thanks for your advice Ray.
By Kyle from CT on Aug 20, 2012
Ray,
I’m in a standard 1pt PPR 12-team Keeper Leauge(start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1Flex). My keepers are Greg Jennings (3rd round), Jimmy Graham (6th), and Jordy Nelson (9th).
My questions are:
1. For my fourth and final keeper pick, who has more value: Willis McGahee (8th round) or Torrey Smith (16th round)?
2. I have the first overall pick from these players: Trent Richardson, Julio Jones, Ryan Matthews or possibly Matt Forte….your thoughts?
By Ray Flowers on Aug 20, 2012
John – 10 teamers are pretty easily to full out. Still dont understand why people dont do at least 12 teams…
Solid QB duo.
RB look strong at the top, and you filled out with nice depth. Williams could be something if Wells struggles with health.
Love that trio at top, and I’m a huge Moore fan as well. Only start 2 or 3?
Lots of grey hairs at TE. might have been nice to pair an old guy with an up an comer.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 20, 2012
Kyle from CT – Take Smith. That’s special value for him. Given that you don’t have a single back then among your top-4, you have to go RB with your first picks, and second honestly as well. Hate to pass on Julio, but you have to. I’d go Forte. The others injury concerns drop them behind Forte.

Hey Ray,
Who do you like the rest of the way in a 12 team, H2H league? Minor, Fiers, Colon or Villaneuva?
I am in first, and just gearing up for the playoff rounds. Thanks.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 20, 2012
Nate – Fiers will be shut down due to innings. Colon/Vill pitching very well, but I’d go with Minor who has looked great of late: 2.22 ERA, 0.94 WHIP over last 7 starts

Morning Ray,
I’m in a 16 team league and I pick 10th, QB, RB, 2WR, TE, 2Flex PPR league and only one RB to start, but 2 flex. After reading your guide, I’m sold on holding off on QB. I figure best available RB at #10, when the second and third rounds comes around, should I target another RB in the second or WR if one falls and then grab the other position in the third? Waiting on QB until the 4th, depending whats there.
Thanks for the time Ray
By Ray Flowers on Aug 21, 2012
Chris in Minny – Can’t really tell you since I have no idea who is going to come off the board. Ideally, I’d say I’d want two RBs, two WRs in first four rounds, and then go QB in 5th in this setup. But that’s just me. WR is generally deeper than RB, but it depends on the players available when your number is up.
By Vince on Aug 21, 2012
Hi Ray, I have a crazy F.Football question but hear me out. I am in a 10 team league (I know u don’t like 10 team leagues) I draft 8th, PPR and 6 pts for any TD. That being said with all the questions at RB and with WR so deep, would it be crazy if lets say at 8 I take Brady and on the way back take Brees or Staford. My thought behind this is to sit on one of these QB’s for awhile and see what RB’s decide to be good and healthy and trade for them. In the past 2 years I have had my 1st round pick be out for the season (charles last year) and still been able to find gems (aka Micheal bush from last year) and still make it to the championship game. I know you probably hate the idea, but with all the uncertainty at RB I thought this could work. Thanks
By Ray Flowers on Aug 21, 2012
Vince – Terrible idea drafting QBs in the first two rounds. There is no reason to do this. Reason being you will end up with a 1st or 2nd round pick on your bench for the first couple of weeks of the season. Why rob yourself of that elite level production? You say you are going to trade your 2nd QB for a runner — why not just draft the runner to start with? You want to make the move to add the strongest runner once the season starts. What if you did that with Matt Forte last year? Off to a great start he only played 12 games. What if you added F Jackson only to basically see him miss the second half. etc. Pick the best players, period. This idea makes even less sense cause you are in a 10 team lg. Honestly, as I’ve been saying all preseason, I wouldn’t bother taking any QB in the first five rounds of a draft, so I certainly wouldn’t be taking two since you only start one.

14 team .5ppr with the 10 pick 6pt PassTD 7pt RushTD 8pt RecTD. would it be such a bad idea to go with a WR here? or even JGraham? Any advice?
Thanks so much
By Jeff on Aug 21, 2012
Where do I get that from? You can’t just take my word for it??? Your the Oracle.
How do you think cam camerons no huddle offense will affect Ray Rice’s production? Seems like it has limited HBs in the past…right?
By George on Aug 22, 2012
Regarding your rankings…
Have you dropped MJD in your rankings because of your holdout? My version of the guide has him at #7/Tier3.
How about Cedric Benson? I think he’s going to get start over Starks so I replaced Starks with Benson on your list (#26/Tier5). Too high?
Why do you have Donald Brown ranked so low? He’s a starter, but you have him behind backs that aren’t even starting (i.e.,Ingram, Michael Bush, etc). He’s looked good in the preseason. Has your opinion of him changed. I know he’s been a let down every season he’s played.
By david on Aug 22, 2012
hi, ray. i’m in a 12 team mixed h2h category league. one of the negative aspects of h2h category leagues is that a slumping SP can kill you. i’m fighting to make the playoffs and have two pitchers who are making me suffer, greinke and anibal sanchez. i haven’t had the time to watch them pitch, and need info. do you have an inkling of what’s going on with these two? obviously i have different expectations for them both -with greinke being closer to a true ace – but for the past year sanchez has been a must start no matter who he’s playing. the AL switch has changed that slightly, but the problems seem like they’re running deeper for both. i now have to really think about each of their starts. are they getting unlucky? losing arm strength? any intel is appreciated. thanks.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 22, 2012
O – NOt awful to go with WR given your leagues odd 8 pts for rec TD. Could go Calvin, Fitz, AJohnson, JJones. A bit early but understandable.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 22, 2012
Jeff – Rice is a stud. Most of the time its about TDs. He’ll also catch a ton of passes. He’ll be fine.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 22, 2012
George – Yes, MJD is now an RB2. CedBen, no excitement. Brown is low for the reason you said, just not very impressive.
you can get one update to the Guide. Send me an email with your pay pal receipt.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 22, 2012
David – Sanchez hasn’t had it since joining the Tigers. You can move on there. Greinke more vexing. I’d keep the faith if possible. His K/BB his way down in second half, and his performance has been awful. Neither, at this point, is close to being a must start.
By Rob on Aug 23, 2012
Hi Ray,
Drafted earlier this week. 10 team. 1/2 ppr with bonuses for 30,40,50+ rec/run.
We start 2 RB, 2 WR, Flex and a general Offensive player.
Here’s my quagmire: I feel I’m weak (comparatively) at RB and strong at WR. I have Sproles, McGahee, Hillis, D. Wilson, D. Thomas and R. Jennings. I’m hoping to get a round 1-2 type RB via trade. My question is this, who would you offer and who would you target given my RBs and these receivers:
Fitz, AJ Green, harvin, jordy Nelson, garçon, Titus young.
I know I need to find an owner with the right need, but all things equal, value for value, what would you do to shore up your RB?
Thanks!
By Ray Flowers on Aug 24, 2012
Rob – In a 10 team lg, that RB unit is pretty darn week. You lack a RB1, and your top back, Sproles, has a knee issue and is somewhat of a gadget player unlikely to repeat last season’s efforts. At same time, your odd league doesn’t really hamper you since you could player all four of your top WRs each week. You are right though, having those six WRs is too much of a good thing.
No idea who you can get, since I have no idea how people evaluate players. I’d look to deal any of your guys for a RB1, though I’d try hard to keep Fitz.
By Matt K on Aug 24, 2012
Ray, I’m in a 14 team 3 keeper football league and my draft is this tuesday. I traded my first round pick which is pretty much a 4th round and the end of the snake because I won and my 2nd round which is 5th round I guess for shady mccoy and his 6th round which would be the 9th round. So with Shady my keepers would be rodgers, rice, and either a.j. green or mjd. Out of those 2 which would u keep? Its a ppr league too. thanks.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 24, 2012
Matt K – You’ll want to go with McCoy, Rice, Rodgers and Green. It’s certainly hard to let go MJD who would be a special flex play if he’s out there in Week 1, but you got two of the top-3 RBs, so get that WR1 in Green.
By Eric C on Aug 26, 2012
Hey Ray – thanks for the Draft Guide. Used it tonight for my 10 team, PPR $100 Auction. (our leagues first move to auction. Feeling a little worried about my health. Thoughts?
Qb Ryan (6)
WR Green (13), Harvin (8)
RB Mathews (21), C Johnson (20)
TE Gates (6)
W/R Richardson (9)
W/T S Johnson (5)
Bench – Cutler (1), R Brown (1), R Jennings (3)Meacham (2), Moore (2), K Wright (1)
Worth picking up one of the CLE RBs or Vereen, B Scott, LeShoure for week 1? or wait and see what happens as we get closer?
By Ray Flowers on Aug 26, 2012
Eric C – Glad the draft guide helped.
Why worried about your health?
Mathews/Richardson are a rough combo together given health woes, but if they are healthy you will be rocking, and Richardson at $9 is a great value.
The only guy I would drop would be Brown, but he’s likely to see a lot of work early. Plus, Scott is Hurt, and LeShoure is out the first two weeks with suspension.
By Jeff(AKA Kay's Dream Guy) on Aug 29, 2012
Hey Ray, Me again.
I have picks #9 and #15 in a 12 team PPR keeper league.(some guys gave up their first two picks for keepers) My keepers are Calvin, Julio, Jimmy Graham.
I feel like at pick #9, a HB might be a reach due to more Hbs being kept than wrs. Being that I already am keeping 2 wrs, is drafting a HB a must at pick #9, or should a take a wr if they are the best there. You start 2 hbs, 3 wrs and a flex( So I could technically start 4 wrs if need be).
I thought if I don’t get a HB at pick #9, I’d target high upside guys who catch passes like Spiller, Wilson, Ry Williams, Quiz Rodgers, Vereen, along with some low end #2′s like R Jennings, D Brown, K Smith, Ridley and BGE.
The top hbs in our draft are Murrary, Charles, SJax, Martin, Richardson, MJD, Peterson, Gore, Lynch…
The top Wr’s are Andre J, Roddy, Nicks, Cruz, Dez, Torrey, Antonio, Austin, both Den Wrs.
The top 5 qbs and romo are kept, the next best available are ryan, vick and rivers, but its 4 points a td pass.
I think Nicks, Cruz and Andre will be there when I pick at #9. Which of the Hb’s above would you suggest I draft at pick #9 ahead of any of those wrs( ie..if MJD or Lynch is there at #9, do I draft them or Andre J)?
Thanks Ray.

Hey Ray … is there an update to the draft guide? My drafts are this weekend … if not … are there any movers and shakers I should highlight … thanks!
By Ray Flowers on Aug 29, 2012
Jeff (Dream Guy) – I can’t envision going four rounds into a draft and not taking a RB. Never seen someone do that and win. GREAT WRs on the board to draft, but you have two of the top four WRs in the game, and Graham the best tight end. Get your RBs. I’d go RB top two most likely. My rankings are available in the Draft Guide.

Thanks Ray. Yeah I just printed out your list to take to the draft. Andre Johnson is soo tempting though.
By Jeff(AKA Kay's Dream Guy) on Aug 29, 2012
Ok Ray. I finished up my draft. What do you think? I went HB like you suggested.
QB Vick, Flacco
HB D Martin, D Brown, S Ridley, K Hunter, R Mendenhall (start 2)
WR Calvin, Julio, Antonio, Crabtree, Little, Streater, V. Brown, (start 4)
TE Graham, Rudolph (start 1)
K Henery
Def Packers
I had pick 9 and 7 of the 8 first picks were HB..so I was looking at Martin, Andre, Nicks, Cruz, MJD, Turner Gore.
How do you think I will compete? 4 pt td pass, 1 ppr.
By Rob on Aug 30, 2012
Hi Ray,
Who has more value in 1/2ppr? Daniel Thomas, Ryan Williams or Jacquizz Rodgers? I dont have Bush, Wells or Turner. This would be for a bench upside guy.
Thanks!
By Ray Flowers on Aug 30, 2012
Rob – I’d take a shot on Williams. He’s trending up, Wells isn’t a lock to handle the role exclusively.
By Dave on Aug 30, 2012
Ray, 12 team non PPR keeper league. We start 2 QB, 3 RB, 3 WR. My keepers were both Mannings, CJ2K, Bradshaw, R. White and A. Johnson. I have pick #1 and was set on Trent Richardson, but am waivering. Other options are RG3/Luck (QB is thin), Sproles/Gore/Martin at RB and Nicks/Maclin/Cruz at WR. Thinking WR is deep and best RB is the choice. Is Trent the right choice here? Thanks!
By Clay on Aug 30, 2012
Ray- Which team do you prefer?
12 teams, .5 ppr, 6pt all td’s, #2 draft selection
QB,WR,WR,RB,RB,TE,RB/WR/TE
Team A:
Matt Stafford (3)
Julio Jones (2)
Torrey Smith (7)
Arian Foster (1)
Darren Sproles (4)
Antonio Gates (5)
Beanie Wells (6)
Team B:
Philip Rivers (6)
Julio Jones (2)
Eric Decker (4)
Ray Rice (1)
Steven Jackson (3)
Antonio Gates (5)
Beanie Wells (7)
Team C:
Phillip Rivers (7)
Dez Bryant (4)
Reggie Wayne (6)
Arian Foster (1)
Jamaal Charles (2)
Antonio Gates (5)
Adrian Peterson (3)
By Ray Flowers on Aug 30, 2012
Dave – I say if you’re keeping both Manning’s, your hitching your wagon to them. I would not draft another QB at the top.
I’d take Richardson.
If you don’t want to go that way, go Nicks.
By Ray Flowers on Aug 30, 2012
Clay – Team B. Team C could be big if Charles, Peterson area healthy, and Wayne rebounds.
By Rob on Aug 30, 2012
Hi Ray,
I have Sproles and Jordy Nelson. I’ve been offered MJD and Demaryius Thomas in exchange.
My other WR would be Fitz, AJ Green, Harvin, Garcon, Titus. My other RB would be Jennings McGahee, Hillis, David Wilson.
10 team, 1/2 ppr, plus return points (1 per 25 yards and return TD’s are 6).
I need a RB1, bad.
MJD/Thomas side is better, right? Sproles probably won’t repeat last year and has the lingering knee issue. Nelson and Thomas are both long ball threats with sharp passers. I see them as kinda a wash, slight edge to Nelson.
I know there’s a huge cloud over MJD right now. When he comes back, do you see a Chris Johnson type season for him?
Thanks!
By CB on Aug 30, 2012
Hey Ray-
Im In a 12 team ppr League where you get 6 points for receiving and rushing TD’s and 4 for passing TD’s. I have the option of keeping one player from last year that I picked up in a trade or as a free agent a round later than their ADP this year. My options are sproles in the 7th, eli manning in the 6th, or mike Wallace in the 4th. This will be my only keeper. Which player would you keep?
Thanks
By Ray Flowers on Aug 30, 2012
Rob – So much depends on MJD. Pretty nervous about him. With a lg that gives return points, and SProles coming off greatest season ever for yards from scrimmage, I dont think this is a deal you have to make, if you assume Sproles’ knee will hold up.
MJD is the better play, BUT his status makes me really nervous. No real way to know how he responds when he returns…
By Ray Flowers on Aug 30, 2012
CB – 4th round for Wallace is too early. I dont love either guy at their cost either. Since it’s a PPR lg, I would hold on to Sproles. I wouldnt say keeping Eli was wrong if you wanted to go that way though.
By Benny on Aug 31, 2012
Ray – What are your thoughts on Dwyer? Would you Add him in place of Alfred Morris?
Also – in an unrelated league (10 team ppr/6 pt per passing TD), I wait way too long for a QB and have RG3 and Luck now. Would you pick up Russell Wilson too? And if so, who would you drop? I figure if I can get decent rushing yds for the position it’ll make up for any shortcomings in passing yds or INTs. Im usually against carrying 2, let alone 3 qbs in a 10 team lg, but if one of these rooks end up being nasty early, at least I’ll have him. Thoughts? And would you drop anyone on that team for Dwyer as well?
QB – RG3, Luck
RB – McFadden, Forte, D. Martin, Jennings
WR – Nicks, Harvin, Colston, Britt, Torrey Smith, Amendola
TE – Pettigrew, Rudolph
Thanks!
By Ray Flowers on Aug 31, 2012
Benny – You can add Dwyer, but understand he has to deal with Redman and Mendendhall, so it’s not like Dwyer is going to be a weekly play all year. I’d go Morris, but that’s a total crapshoot with Shannangins.
I dont recommend anyone goes 3 QBs, especially in10 tm lg. Your roster just isn’t deep enough from what I’m seeing to be able to do that.

Morning Ray,
Just completed a draft, and I can honestly say that I could not have done it without your draft guide. It was complete, and answered every question that I had when it was crunch time. I could not agree with you more in regard to your tier system versus rankings, and boy did it help. Some people want to play in leagues. I want to be in the money. By Rob on Sep 7, 2012
Hi Ray,
In a 1/2 PPR, who would you prefer this week?
Jennings, Hillis, McGahee?
I’ll monitor the news on MJD. How much he’s expected to be used will directly impact Jennings. As it stands now, do you see Jennings getting 15-20 carries?
Interesting that KC lists both Charles and Hillis as starters this week. Hillis looking like a decent start over Jennings?
Lastly, my league has an OP position that can be a WR, RB, QB or TE in addition to the typical RB/WR flex spot. I have Dalton as my #2 QB. Currently, Dalton’s on the bench and I’m rolling with four receivers (Fitz, AJ Green, Nelson and Harvin). Nelson and Harvin in the Flex/OP slots. On weeks where Dalton has a good matchup and Nelson or Harvin don’t, is it a good idea to put Dalton in that OP slot?
QB = 4 point TD, 1 point per 5 completions, plus standard scoring.
Thanks Ray!
By Kyle in CT on Sep 7, 2012
Ray,
1pt PPR, who is the best flex option this week:
Michael Bush, Kendall Wright or Mark Ingram?
By Ray Flowers on Sep 7, 2012
Rob – Most are going to tell you Hillis, but I’m going Jennings. I just hope the Jags stick with the plan they have all sold us of using MJD sparingly this week. I do see Jennings getting 15-20 carries as you suggest.
I think people are getting ahead of themselves with Hillis. It’s like they forget that Charles has the highest per carry mark of any runner in history with 475 carries. They’re also forgetting that Hillis looked a step slow last year, and that his performance, as well as dedication, were questioned.
It’s pretty tough to say you should be benching a QB in a league where you can use one as a flex. I really wish you would have rostered a better 2nd option. As it is, Dalton will still be worth consideration most weeks. Let’s say Nelson has a good week and scores 20 points (7 catches, 70 yards, TD). If Dalton throws for 225 yards, completes 21 passes, and has a TD that would equal (assuming 1 pt for 25 yds passing). 11 pts for yards, 4pts for completions, 4 pts for TD for a total of 19 pts. Is it more likely Dalton does that every week or Nelson? I’m pretty sure Nelson isnt going to make 112 receptions for 1120 yards and 116 TDs this year, know what I mean?
By Ray Flowers on Sep 7, 2012
Kyle in CT – Not trying to pick on you… but I think I’m going to implement a new rule. If people don’t say something along the lines of thanks or please, I’m going to pass on answering their question. It’s the least someone can do for free advice, isn’t it?

By Ray Flowers on Sep 7, 2012
Kyle in CT – Bush and Ingram get the goaline work, but have to share touches as you know. Given that it’s a PPR, and that Britt is out of action, I’d go with Wright this week.

Thanks Ray, I appreciate the response!

Hi Ray!
Thanks in part to your advice, I’m up 27.5 going into tonight’s Cin/Bal game. I have one player vs. his two. I was hoping to frame the situation and get your advice on who to start.
In my offensive player spot, I can play Dalton or AJ Green. 1/2ppr for green and one point per 5 completions for dalton, 4 points passing tds. The safer play would be Dalton. Probably good for at least 10. Green is an elite WR but I’d be taking a risk starting him over Dalton. Even if Green goes off for 8 with 120 and two tds, dalton still reaps some of those benefits.
The two slots my opponent has tonight are his D (Baltimore) and Flacco in his OP slot. Since I’m up 27.5, I’m leaning toward playing it safe with Dalton, hoping he and Flacco come close to canceling each other out. That would mean the Bal D/ST would need to score 28 for me to lose.
What do you think? I think I’m in good shape with dalton here. I mean, if dalton falls flat due to baltimore’s D, then it’s likely Green would have a bad day, too.
Would you roll with Dalton here? Thanks!!
By Rob on Sep 10, 2012
Also, separate question — which three would you rather have ROTW:
David Wilson
Ryan Williams
Jacquizz Rodgers
Dexter McCluster
1/2 ppr.
Sorry about the two posts!
Thanks!
By Ray Flowers on Sep 10, 2012
Rob – 20 completions, 2 TDs = 12 pts for Dalton, right? He must also get pts for passing yds, right? If so, he is the safer play over AJ, and yes, if AJ does well it’s cause of Dalton.
By Ray Flowers on Sep 10, 2012
Rob – Wilson, Williams, McCluster. Looks like he might be a true PPR weapon, shockingly.
By Rob on Sep 13, 2012
Hi Ray!
If Jennings can’t go tonight, does that hurt or help Jordy? D give home more attention or a-rod give him more chances?
Thanks!
By O on Sep 13, 2012
8 team PPR need to start 3 WR between Jordy Nelson, Dwayne Bowe, Demaryius Thomas, Vincent Jackson and Justin Blackmon. Who do you start? Thanks
By Ray Flowers on Sep 13, 2012
Rob – The Packers offense is dynamic w or w/o Jennings. Nelson might see a slight boost in targets, but will get more secondary attention. Finley might be the main beneficiary if Jennings is out.
By Ray Flowers on Sep 13, 2012
O – Nelson, Bowe, Thomas for me. Sucks to sit VJax.
By Rob on Sep 13, 2012
Thanks, Ray!! Here’s a trade I’m working on. I think it’s close to going through. What do you think?
I get Shady and Rivers.
I give up AJ Green and Stafford.
10 team 1/2 ppr. I have Fitzgerald, Harvin, Jordy, Garcon so I can stomach the loss of Green.
It’s RB that I’m really hurting. Sproles and McGahee then a bunch of backups.
I drafted poorly and ended up stacked at WR and shallow at RB. This would balance the scales, so to speak.
What’s your grade on this trade? Thanks for your advice!
By Ray Flowers on Sep 13, 2012
Rob – Fitz, Harvin, Nelson are an impressive 1-2-3. You can afford to give Green. If you only have Spriles and McG at RB, you HAVE to do this deal.
By Rob on Sep 13, 2012
Well the McCoy trade fizzled but I did get another transaction done:
I got Jamaal Charles and Torrey Smith
I gave up McGahee and AJ Green
So I now have Charles and Sproles (with Hillis, D. Wilson, R. Williams, McCluster-RB/WR elig. on the bench)
I also have Fitz and Harvin with Jordy in my Flex (Garcon, Torrey and Titus on bench)
Stafford and Tony Gonz to wrap it up.
Thanks for your help!
By Rob on Sep 18, 2012
Hi Ray, who would you drop to pick up Leshoure?
David Wilson
Ryan Williams
Dexter McCluster
1/2ppr. Have Charles, Sproles, Hillis
Separate note, I’m starting to regret my AJ Green/McGahee(gave) for Charles/T.Smith(recvd) trade. Really needed RB help. What’s your take on Charles ROTW?
Thanks, Ray. Much appreciated.
By Ray Flowers on Sep 18, 2012
Rob – Just so you know, I’m not buying all the hype on Leshoure that is being generated. I’d drop Williams, but I’m not sold that Leshoure will be a better option for the year than Leshoure.
By Kyle on Sep 28, 2012
Hey Ray,
As always, I appreciate your fantasy guidance…
In my 1pt PPR Keeper League, I have been offered AJ Green + 1st round pick for Adrian Peterson + 9th round pick. Am I crazy for not accepting this offer?
My other RBs are Turner, Bradshaw, CJ Spiller and Kevin Smith (start 2 RBs)
My other WRs are Greg Jennings, Jordy Nelson, Torrey Smith and Kendall Wright (start 3 WRs + 1 flex)
Thanks!!!
By Ray Flowers on Sep 28, 2012
Kyle – No idea what the draft picks are worth. I’d rather have AD no doubt, but you’ll have to decide what the eight round diff is worth. You can’t trust Smith, or seemingly Bradshaw, at least in the short term.
